* Easy Soft, Popcorn in a bag

Ingredients

8 cups popcorn
3/4 cup pack LIGHT brown sugar
6 T butter
3 T light corn syrup
1.4 t baking soda
1.4 t vanilla

Directions
Pop popcorn and remove unpopped kernals. Place in brown grocery bag.

Meanwhile bring to boil ( on medium heat) brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Still occassionally, once boiling let boil for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Mix till turns thick and creamy. Pour mixture over popcorn in bag. Stir around with wooden spoon. Fold bag over and place in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove shake and stir. ( If needed,Reheat for another 40 seconds.)

Let popcorn cool then place in bowl.

When cleaning do not let Carmel sit in pan or will be to hard to clean. Clean immediately.
