Egg White Muffins

 Ingredients

2 Cups egg whites

1/2 t    salt

1/2 t   garlic salt

1/4 t   21 salute trade joes (optional)

1/8 t   onion powder

3/4 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup pepper jack cheese (optional, but highly recommend)

1 cup finely chopped spinach

1/8 cup green onions (optional), 1/4 cup red pepper (optional), 1/4 cup grilled onions (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix. Then pour in silcone muffin baking pan. 

350 degrees for 20 min
